Dr. Ryota Aizawa was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. When he was around five years old, his parents decided to move to San Francisco, and he has lived around the Bay Area ever since. Before considering chiropractic as his career choice, he embarked on his academic journey at San Francisco State University, where he earned a BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise and movement science.
His original intent was to be a physical therapist after graduation. However, throughout his college journey, he discovered the transformative results of Gonstead chiropractic. Dr. Aizawa decided to work as a chiropractic assistant in San Francisco while attending college to further explore the chiropractic field.
Dr. Aizawa graduated from Life Chiropractic College West with Summa Cum Laude and clinic honors. During his time at school, he served as Vice President of the Gonstead Club for a year and remained as an assisting club officer until graduation, helping students with Gonstead fundamentals.
